Samstag, 24.12.2005, muß noch schnell einen Mantel aus der Reinigung holen und für meine liebe Frau ein kleines Geschenk organisieren. Und da treffe (höre) ich einen Musiker der auf Königsstrasse in Stuttgart. Dieser erzählt aus seinem Leben und wie er angefangen hat. Ich war so begeistert, dass ich mir gleich alle CDs und die DVD die er dabei hatte kaufte. Ich bin auch nicht mehr der \"Jüngste\" (57) und das ist auch meine Musik die er spielte. Seine Musik ist jetzt auf meinen MP3-Player und wenn ich ins Geschäft gehe oder mit meienm Hund spazieren gehe, höre ich immer die Musik. Bruce Springsteen hat jetzt eine Auszeit.
Ich hoffe ich sehe Dich in 2006 auf der Königsstrasse gesund und munter wieder. Bis dahin Dir und Deiner Familie alles Gute, einen guten Rutsch, viel Erfolg, Gesundheit und vor allem Gottes Segen.

Ein Schönes Erlebnis.
Ich fuhr mit dem Auto durch die Stadt und sah am Schauspielhaus diesen mir vom vergangenen Jahr bekannten Wohnwagen stehen. Gleich kam mir in den Sinn, dass ich zum letzten Weihnachtsfest \"diesen tollen Musiker\", der in der Innenstadt spielte, aus diesem Wohnwagen kommen sah. Und tatsächlich war dies der passende Wohnwagen zum passenden Sänger. Auch diesmal hat er mich sehr erfreut und etwas den Stress aus dem Konsumrausch genommen. Gee Gee Kettel bringt einen dazu, einfach mal 15 Minuten zu verharren und zuzuhören.
Danke für dieses schönen Erlebnisse. Ich hoffe, auch im nächsten Jahr den Wohnwagen am Schauspielhaus zu finden.

Ich habe mir von dir die On the Road gekauft am Mittwoch den 14.12.2005 in Giessen auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt und ich muss sagen, ich habe sie als Außendienstler nun schon tagelang in meinem Sonyplayer im Auto und finde sie echt genial und kaum noch von Arlo Guthrie oder John Denver in ihrem Sound zu überbieten. Mach weiter so und auch ich habe ein Kind das am
10.10.1990 geboren ist und auch noch eine Tochter Carolyn sie
ist 1992 geboren. Sean-Julian ist 15 und will wie sein Vater
Gitarre spielen lernen. Ich als 61er Jahrgang habe mich leider
leider nicht für die Musik sondern für eine andere Kariere entschieden. Macht weiter so, ihr habt in Giessen mein Herz erwärmt, deshalb werde ich deine CD auch immer wieder hören und so Gott es will auch mal wieder zusammen kommen und eine neuere Kaufen. Ich wohne in Stetten a.H. bei Eppingen bei Heilbronn vielleicht kommt ihr auch mal in unsere Gegend.

Dear Soluna Samay, I am a 14 years old boy from Norway. I saw you in Oslo yesterday, and the day before. You are fantastic! The way you play on the bassguitar and your voice is just beautiful. I know you have heard this one million thimes before, but I say it again: You make the most wonderful music I have ever heard. When I stopped in Oslo listen to yours, I just stod there, could`t move. When you sang, it was like everything became friendly and nice. I just stod there in the background in allmost 40 minutes I think.. Pst. I forgot to mention something in my recommend of \"Going North\" down under. The live performances are mainly from Norway... Notodden, Bergen and from the North of Norway. If you happened to be there, you might still feel the athmosphere..
And not to forget there is a very interesting slide show, from what I call a very interesting adventure og a life... travelling the world with music... And through this slide show, Gee Gee sings a beatiful song..

I have just bought their new DVD-- Hading North and can recommend it to their all their \"friends\" all over the world!!.
Besides beein a beautiful DVD, with beautiful nature from mainly Norway, (I guess those of who that have not been to the North of Norway before, will now take a journey to this area after seeing this film),---
YOU meet the two of them in a high quality live show all over Europe just as we remember seeing them from the street\'s the last ten years.
We see a very little Soluna, with her drumstics- an follow her to a beautiful young and talented teenager singing and playing with father Gee Gee, that besides singing, allways impress me playing all those instruments, so proffesional.
They sing all the wellknown songs that fells right into our ears, and that are the reasen why we allways stop, and listen!!!, when they come to our hometown.
Personally, I have had the pleasure listening to them at Notodden Bluesfestival for many years. And hope they will take the tour to Notodden this year too.
I was not sure, so I ordered the DVD through this sides, paid through my bank, got a confirm on E-mail as soon as they got my money, and got the DVD two days after that I think. Very good and safe service!!
So I recommend you all to do the same, if you are not sure of meeting them this summer!!

Hey ho! Hab dich am 27.11.2004 in Kiel mit ein paar Freunden gesehen. Waren gleich begeistert, weil wir auch selber alle Gitarre spielen. Haben uns dann auch gleich alle drei CD\'s gekauft. Mittlerweile hab ich schon alle Lieder durchgehört und ich finde sie toll. Höre normalerweise Bands wie Creed (bzw. jetzt Alter Bridge) aber euch finde ich auch klasse. Kann man den ganzen Tag lang anlassen.
Naja... nun ist aber gut. ;)
Würd mich freuen wenn ihr mal wieder in der Nähe von Kiel, Schleswig oder Rendsburg spielen würdet. -- Aber dann bitte auch die werte Tochter mitbringen. *g*

dein Auftritt während des Weihnachtsmarkts anno 2004 in Kiel ist der absolute Höhepunkt desselben! Ich habe die 2 CD\'s und die Kassette bereits angehört. Dabei kam genau dieselbe Atmosphäre herüber wie beim Livekonzert!
Es wäre sehr schön, wenn ihr beide (d. h. du und deine Tochter) im (Früh-) Sommer in Kiel auftreten könntet.

ich weiß natürlich nicht, ob Ihr Euch noch erinnert, wir waren die zwei deutschen Urlauber, die Euch am Samstag nachmittag in Skagen (auf dem Skagen-Festival)nach Eurer e-mail gefragt haben. Ich bin Maria Teresa aus Österreich (Vorarlberg)und bekomme in der Schule monatlich die Zeitschrift JÖ. Da habe ich den Artikel von dir und deinem Vater gelesen. wir (meine Tocher 5 und ihr alter Papa/37) haben euch heute in Nürnberg/Königstraße gehört. Beim Betrachten der Bilder in deinem Gittarrenkoffer, habe ich euch beide wirklich beneidet. Ihr schafft das wovon viele (ich auch) träumen und das besondere dabei man spürt, daß ihr euch dabei wahnsinnig gut fühlt. Ich glaube ihr habt euch eine schöne Ecke der Welt ausgesucht, mit außerordentlich freundlichen und geselligen Menschen. Wir waren im Mai für 2 Wochen am Ringkobing Fjörd. Es war einfach toll.

Damn! Hätte ich doch bloß noch ein paar CDs mehr besorgt- jetzt sind sie hier alle so begeistert, daß sie auch welche wollen. Schöne Grüße erst einmal aus Flensburg. Endlich ist diese HP auch zugänglich- super Layout. Hoffe ihr hattet eine gute Zeit in Dänemark. Ihr kommt wohl nicht vor Tondern wieder nach Flensburg, oder? Naja, wär schön, ansonsten sieht man sich wohl dort. Hier sind alle (und meine Wenigkeit natürlich ganz besonders) begeistert von der CD. Womit ich hiermit auch ganz besonders die beste und charismatischste Bassistin der Welt grüßen möchte. Die Songs sind so schon klasse arragiert (oder rearrangiert), doch vor allem durch ihre Stimme wird die CD einfach Kult. Nun, das ist nicht nur meine Meinung. Now, keep the beat going on.
